Restaurant Social Media Assistant – Facebook (Remote): Engage with customers on Facebook, responding to inquiries and comments promptly. Share updates, promotions, and menu highlights to enhance brand presence. Monitor feedback, report trends, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience. Maintain a positive, friendly tone while addressing concerns and fostering community interaction. Stay updated on social media trends and tools to optimize engagement. Ensure content aligns with brand values and guidelines, contributing to a vibrant online restaurant community.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
