Restaurant Social Media Agent – Customer Care (Entry Level / Remote): Engage with customers across social media platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster positive relationships by providing exceptional service and maintaining brand voice. Monitor feedback, escalate concerns, and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience, while contributing to the restaurant’s online presence and reputation.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
