Restaurant Service Desk Support Specialist I (Part-time): Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering menu guidance via chat. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while efficiently managing multiple conversations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and accurate information. Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on menu changes and promotions. Adapt to dynamic environments, ensuring prompt and effective communication. Prioritize customer needs, fostering a positive dining experience.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
