Restaurant Remote Chat Moderator: Facilitate seamless communication between customers and the restaurant team, ensuring inquiries, reservations, and feedback are addressed promptly. Provide accurate information on menu items, specials, and promotions while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments. Uphold brand standards and enhance customer satisfaction through attentive service. Adapt to diverse customer needs and maintain confidentiality. Contribute to a positive dining experience by being the virtual face of the restaurant.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
