Restaurant Email and Chat Support Specialist – Remote / Entry Level: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email and chat. Maintain a friendly, professional tone while assisting with menu questions, order tracking, and reservation requests. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle complaints and provide effective solutions. Stay informed about restaurant updates and promotions to offer accurate information. Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
