Restaurant Customer Success Representative – No Calling (Entry Level / No Experience): Engage with diners through chat, ensuring delightful experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing menu guidance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality. Maintain a friendly, professional tone while efficiently managing multiple conversations. Utilize provided resources to offer accurate information and personalized recommendations. Embrace continuous learning to stay updated on menu changes and promotions. Foster positive relationships, contributing to a welcoming dining atmosphere. No prior experience required; training provided.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
