Pizzeria Social Media Virtual Assistant: Engage with customers across social platforms, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly. Share mouth-watering content, promote specials, and maintain a friendly brand voice. Monitor trends, gather insights, and collaborate with the team to enhance online presence. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and fostering a positive community. Stay updated on menu changes and promotions to provide accurate information. Assist in growing the pizzeria’s digital footprint through creative and engaging interactions.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
