Food Truck Social Media Chat Assistant – No Experience Required: Engage with customers on social media platforms, providing prompt and friendly responses to inquiries. Assist in managing online community interactions, ensuring a positive brand presence. Collaborate with team members to share feedback and insights from customer interactions. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to enhance engagement. Maintain a welcoming and approachable tone in all communications. Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms, supporting the dynamic needs of the food truck industry.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
