Café Beginner Level Chat Support (Remote / No Experience / Part Time): Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Provide information on products, services, and promotions while maintaining a positive virtual café atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Utilize provided resources to enhance customer interactions and learn on the job. Adapt to various customer needs with patience and empathy, ensuring a welcoming experience for all.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
