Bakery Technical Support Specialist (Live Chat / No Phone): Engage with customers through live chat to resolve technical issues related to bakery products and services. Provide clear, concise solutions and guidance, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with team members to enhance support strategies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of bakery offerings. Utilize problem-solving skills to address inquiries efficiently, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Adapt to various customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
