Bakery Support Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience)

Bakery Support Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience): Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services. Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate responses via chat. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bakery offerings and promotions. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns. Adapt to various communication styles and maintain a positive attitude. Uphold company values and contribute to a welcoming online environment. No prior experience required; training provided.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
