Bakery Social Media Assistant – Facebook (Remote): Engage with customers on Facebook, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly. Share delightful bakery updates, promotions, and mouth-watering visuals to captivate the audience. Monitor comments and messages, ensuring a positive and interactive community. Collaborate with the team to maintain brand voice and consistency. Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategy. Stay updated on social media trends to enhance customer interaction. Foster a welcoming online environment that reflects the bakery’s charm and quality.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
