Bakery Social Media Assistant – Entry Level: Engage with customers by responding to inquiries and comments on social media platforms. Share delightful content, including photos and stories, to promote bakery products and events. Monitor social media trends and gather feedback to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns. Maintain a positive and friendly online presence, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Assist in managing social media calendars and scheduling posts for optimal engagement.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
