Pizzeria Customer Support – Chat / Shopify Store (Remote): Engage with customers through chat to provide exceptional service for a pizzeria’s Shopify store. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product recommendations with a friendly demeanor. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Adapt to various customer needs and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Stay informed about menu updates and promotions to assist customers effectively. Prioritize efficiency and empathy in every interaction.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
