Hotel Client Service Specialist: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues via chat. Provide accurate information on hotel services, reservations, and amenities. Maintain a friendly, professional tone to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle diverse situations efficiently. Stay updated on hotel policies and promotions. Foster positive relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Contribute to a welcoming and memorable stay for all guests.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
