Hotel Customer Experience Chat Support (Remote): Deliver exceptional service by assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, and concerns through live chat. Ensure a seamless experience by providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly, professional tone. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards. Adapt to diverse guest needs, demonstrating empathy and patience. Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently. Stay informed about hotel offerings and policies to provide comprehensive support.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
