Restaurant Chat Support Agent – Level 1: Engage with customers through chat to provide prompt assistance with menu inquiries, order placements, and delivery updates. Maintain a friendly and professional tone while resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Utilize provided resources to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards. Adapt to various communication styles and remain patient under pressure. No prior experience required; training and support provided.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
