Restaurant Technical Support Representative – Immediate Start: Provide prompt assistance to restaurant staff by troubleshooting technical issues with POS systems, online ordering platforms, and kitchen display units. Ensure seamless operations by guiding users through problem-solving steps, escalating complex issues to senior technicians, and maintaining detailed logs of interactions. Foster a positive experience by delivering clear, concise communication and demonstrating patience and empathy. Adapt quickly to new technologies and updates, contributing to a smooth dining experience for customers and efficient workflow for staff.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
